Pesticide dose adjustment for orchards
Pesticide Adjustment to the Crop Environment (PACE)
The acronym PACE is used to describes the sequence of actions and sprayer adjustments for efficient use of pesticide on commercial orchards of different height and density.
The sprayer adjustment cannot exceed the maximum label dose where it is expressed as the maximum amount of pesticide applied per ha of ground area.
For further information a brief history of PACE research is described on this link.
