Modification to the default assumptions for adjustment of spray plume height and
dose adjustment calculation (draft document)
The default dose adjustment calculation method uses some simplifying assumptions (i.e. switching off/on the upper-most
pair of nozzles
gives a pro rata adjustment of both the spray plume height and applied dose rate).
However, some sprayers use nozzles of different size with height and this modifies the
default dose adjustment calculation.
Also, if pressure losses are excessive then the default dose adjustment calculation
method will need to be corrected.
The following look-up table is used to correct
default assumptions and methods.
